On October 8, 2024, the Global CEO Roadshow Town Hall event took place with a different atmosphere than usual. Amid important discussions on business development strategies and company achievements for 2025, the event featured a special moment filled with warmth and togetherness. The attending management team, including Global CEO, Phil Hibbert, Senior Vice President of Global Operations, Steven Om, and Managing Director of Global Excel Indonesia, Mohammad Raditama, were not only present to provide insights on the company’s focus but also participated in a unique session that left a lasting impression on the employees.
The event opened with a presentation by the Global CEO, followed by the Managing Director of Global Excel Indonesia, who discussed the company’s targets and achievements in facing the challenges and opportunities of the coming year.
However, what made this event truly different was the surprise toward the end. The management team changed their attire, dressing up as chefs, complete with uniforms and tall hats, to serve lunch to the employees. They personally served the dishes to the attending employees. This moment not only provided a unique touch but also reflected a leadership philosophy rooted in empathy and nurturing.
Through this session, the management wanted to convey an important message: leadership is not just about giving directions and making decisions but also about serving and embracing the entire team. This action reflected the spirit of togetherness, where everyone in the organization—from top management to the operational level—plays a crucial role in achieving shared success.
